Why do I get the feeling that everything in the World feels oceans apart whereas everthing seems to be shrinking to a point.

I saw a will of the Wisp dancing in the rain.
The rain was down in the month of May.
In the Blizzards of deep south
Where the candyman reigns.

Destiny

Who is that determines the Destiny of men. Is it God, Fate or the people at large. What does this Universe run on. Who created it.
